Technology is key to Northgate, supporting us to do our jobs in the most efficient way to allow us to provide the best possible service we can to our customers. The Team Leader supports a team of 15 across the IT helpdesk and Business Application support teams to deliver excellent service to our internal team of over 1800 users.
We support a range of systems from ERP, mobile PDA solutions plus network, server and desktop environments in a mainly Microsoft / SQL / Wintel estate. The Support Team Leader is also responsible for governing Change Management and external third party supplier services and SLA’s, as well as implementing core ITIL processes and continual improvement strategies. This is a fast paced team that delivers to deadlines and SLA’s so we all need to be on the ball. We muck in together to support each other and maintain our high standards.
