Describe your typical day: There isn’t a true typical day but my job mainly consists of ensuring the depot runs smoothly and that everyone’s doing what they’re supposed to. The thing I like most about working at Northgate is the different challenges you have to overcome each day.
What’s the working environment like? The working environment here is brilliant, everyone gets on and everybody’s good friends.
What training & development have you received? At the moment I’m currently going through the map programme and I am currently being put forward to do my ILM level 5 in management.
Your advice to someone considering joining Northgate? Any tips I would give to someone wanting to join Northgate is to work hard, get stuck in and mix in with everybody.
Overall, what is your experience of working with Northgate? I have now worked for Northgate for 16 years and have loved every minute of it. They will invest in your own personal development and there’s plenty of opportunities for internal promotion.
