Customer Service Agents are the first point of contact for our customers, turning enquiries into reservations either over the phone or face to face. Our nationwide van hire network and fleet size means we can guarantee customers a vehicle within as little as four working hours’ notice if they are within 25 miles of a Northgate branch – so things can get pretty busy here! Our busy Support Centre Team of 15 treat our customers with the utmost care and as Manager you’ll ensure targets are met to continue to provide a proactive and professional service.

You will support and develop your team making sure they have the skills and training needed to do a great job. You’ll also manage attendance, provide coaching and performance management where necessary. If the team need help you’ll be there to assist in resolving any escalated issues and make sure they know how to deal with the issue next time. You’ll bring with you excellent administration and organisation skills and the analytical skills to solve problems quickly.
