A New Business Manager at Northgate has the responsibility of proactively generating and identifying new business opportunities for our organisation. It involves looking for these opportunities in the market segments that are aligned to Northgate’s value proposition.
In this dynamic role, a New Business Manager will then guide these customers through the Northgate customer journey. This begins from the initial prospect conversations, right through to the account management stage, making sure that the handover is seamless and positive for our customers.
A New Business Manager is tasked with exercising their commercial brain, to uniquely research key business sectors, using facts, figures and tools to present plans and most excitingly, forecast future goals and targets. As a result, the New Business Manager has a direct responsibility for developing a clearly defined strategy for developing new business and growing Northgate.
