Our Head Office or "support" division includes our essential business functions - all of which are vitally important in supporting our growth and driving Northgate forward.
This includes the Financial Shared Service Centre as well as IT, Human Resources, Health & Safety and Procurement. As our business is commercial vehicles, then we have specialist teams who manage our fleet including Asset Management, Damage & Recharge, Warranty and Insurance. Our Head Office team are located in Darlington alongside our Northgate Centre.
The Northgate Centre plays a key role in providing direct customer and supplier support, and has a variety of teams who deal with every aspect of support for Northgate and its customers including engineering, vehicle management/maintenance, customer service, rental and fines. This is a busy open plan office which encourages everyone to work closely together to deliver the all important service to our customers
Our driven, enthusiastic and successful Telesales team works hard to develop and nurture our existing customers’ accounts. They see the rewards as our customer’s fleet size increases as their businesses start to grow. This team sit alongside the customer support representatives, which brings a fun and uplifting working environment for the whole department.
