Frequently Asked Questions

What time will I start on my first day?

This will depend on what part of the business you are joining; either a member of the recruitment team or your new manager will let you know before you start.

How can I apply if I can’t upload my CV?

You can email us a copy of your CV to [email protected]  and include the job title and reference number of the vacancy you are applying for.  If this is not possible then you can put it in the post to us at, Northgate Resourcing Centre, RBR House, Hawksworth Road, Telford, TF2 9TU.

How will I know where my interview will be?

I have applied for a job, have you received my application/CV?

If you applied through this careers site, you should have received an email straight away confirming that we have received your application.  If you applied via a job site or other website such as Indeed, this email takes a little longer to come through. If you have any doubts, feel free to give us a call on 01952 212566 and we can check for you.

What should I wear on my first day?

We always recommend that you dress smartly on your first day.  Where a uniform is supplied then you will receive this during your induction.

When is payday ?

Payday will be either the 24th or 25th of each month depending on which part of the business you join.

Can you give me details of the pension scheme?

The Company will pay a monthly contribution of 5% of your basic salary and your contribution will be a minimum of 3.5% of your basic salary although you can pay more than this if you wish.  Please note your contribution will increase to a minimum of 4% with effect from May 2018.
