“I spent 30 years in the motor body repair trade before I joined Northgate, and I worked my way up to a management position and even ran my own body repair business for 10 years. I’m here because there are some great minds at Northgate, and everyone really is valued - and I now get to spend my workdays in a really supportive, professional and fun working environment. It’s really secure too, and I’m also hoping to move up through the ranks just as quick here!”
